Butter 82 % fat is supplied from best producers in EU. Offered butter is either fresh production or frozen, produced from sweet cream by removing water and solids non-fat by churning pasteurized sweet cream. It is light yellow and has a sweet pleasant milky flavor, free from rancid flavors and odors. It contains no additives or preservatives. Butter kept frozen at -10°C to -25°C, away from rancid odors, direct sunlight has a shelf life of 24 months.
