Sweet whey powder
They are produced from fresh whey that are received after traditional cheese processing, pasteurized, evaporated and dried with spray dryer. Contains max 1.25% milk fat.
Fine, free flowing, hygroscopic powder. May be individual lumps easy delaminating mechanically. Sour-sweet, a bit salty free from foreign taste and smell. Color varies from pale-yellow to yellow.
Maximum 12 months from the production date, respecting the outlined packaging and storage terms.

Edible lactose, 200 mesh. Lactose is obtained by whey concentration then directed crystallization, separation and finally drying. Lactose is used as ingredient in various food applications. Shelf life is 24 months.
