Fine, free flowing, hygroscopic powder. May be individual lumps easy delaminating mechanically. Sour-sweet, a bit salty free from foreign taste and smell. Color varies from pale-yellow to yellow.
Maximum 12 months from the production date, respecting the outlined packaging and storage terms.
This product complies with the tolerance limits set by current European Regulations, in particular with EC Regulation 1881/2006 which sets maximum levels for certain contaminants in foodstuffs.
